Here's a nice little 2.5 minute video on Banbury Woods subdivision - Enjoy!
Banbury Woods is an established neighborhood in North Raleigh located south of Falls Lake.
Banbury Woods homes are set on wooded acre-plus lots. The subdivision was begun in 1985 with most homes being built in the '80s and early '90's.
A Banbury Woods home is anywhere from about 2,500 square feet to 5,000 square feet with most in the mid 2,000 to mid 3,000 square foot range. Homes in Banbury Woods are mostly traditional or colonial in style with classical dormers on many of the homes.
Banbury Woods is a very nice subdivision with an active self - managed HOA that seems to genuinely care about its neighbors. The best way I can describe this subdivision is that it feels warm and it feels very homey.
Banbury Woods is close to Falls Lake and not far from I-540 - you can be close to play and close to work. A home in Banbury Woods is outside the city limits so residents don't pay Raleigh city property taxes.
Nearby subdivisions include Bedford at Falls River to the East, Alyson Pond to the South and Durant Trails to the Southeast.
