Cameron Pond Description, Pictures, Map & Homes for Sale
Cameron Pond is an award winning Cary subdivision. It's a lovely neighborhood because it designed it with a large 9-acre pond (ergo "Cameron Pond"). The pond is great for walks, picnics, and fishing from the banks.
Besides the pond, this Cary neighborhood has streams, wooded areas, and greenways. The recreational area has a swimming pool, playground and basketball court.
There are two sections of this Cary subdivision.
THE SHIRES
The Shires homes are typically lower maintenance (smaller yards = less work) and range in size from 2200 to 3200 square feet. Many of The Shires Homes have downstairs masters, screened porches, and patios.
THE MANORS
The Manors homes are generally larger and priced higher. A Cameron Pond home in The Manors ranges in size from 2700 to 4500+ square feet with lots that are 1/4 acre to nearly 1/2 acre. Many of The Manors homes are on the pond or green areas.
Cameron Pond homes were built beginning in 2005. A Cameron Pond home is convenient to all the major retail and business venues in Cary and the Raleigh Triangle.
Other Cary subdivisions include Amberly to the West, CopperLeaf to the Southwest and Brookstone to the Southeast.
