Cary Park Description, Pictures, Map & Homes for Sale
Cary Park is a subdivision in Cary that was designed around the concept of a "village." Cary Park is really more like a little town with neat houses and cool stuff.
Cary Park fosters the idea that people can and do walk. There are shops, businesses, restaurants, condos, homes, parks, and sidewalks with people walking on them. Besides the retail center section, there are walking/biking trails, playgrounds, a 28-acre lake (with fish), clubhouse, and large, very nice pool.
The homes in Cary Park are not cookie-cutter. The team of builders involved in the design focused on making sure that one Cary Park home was not a replica of another. Cary Park homes were built beginning in 2000.
Another huge plus for Cary Park is that it is very close to Research Triangle Park. Given that location and how unique the neighborhood is, Cary Park is a much desired address.
Other Cary subdivisions include Amberly is over to the North and Northwest, Copperleaf luxury subdivision is directly to the South and Highcroft is over to the Southeast.
