The Oaks at Fallon Park Description, Pictures, Map & Homes for Sale
The Oaks at Fallon Park is a luxury Inside the Beltline subdivision. In 2005, Grubb Ventures purchased the 1950s-vintage, 200-unit Whitaker Park apartments located on the edge of historic Anderson Heights for the setting of The Oaks at Fallon Park.
The subdivision was specifically designed to thoughtfully merge with the surrounding Historic Raleigh areas. During the removal of the old apartment complex the large oaks were carefully conserved as much as possible. The Oaks at Fallon Park was the first Raleigh neighborhood subject to the tree conservation ordinance. Then, new sidewalks and landscaping, including more than 185 additional trees were added to enhance the feeling of a close knit neighborhood.
The first homes in The Oaks at Fallon Park were built in the fall of 2007 and the last of the 91 homes was completed in 2013.
The Oaks' homes are all custom built Raleigh homes with each home unique and tailored to the owners' whims. Wonderful!!
The homes have all the latest in energy-efficiency along with small low-maintenance yards. All the homes in Fallon Park have back-fed alleyways instead of front-loaded garages to keep that neighborhood feeling.
The home sizes are mostly range from 2800 sq. ft. close to 5000 sq. ft. Neighborhood amenities include five pocket parks, a playground, and pool with clubhouse.
The Oaks at Fallon Park is located about half-way between North Hills and Cameron Village - Glenwood South/Downtown. It's one of the nicest of the Five Points areas to go walking in with nearby Fallon Park and the Raleigh Greenway.
If you're looking for luxury living Inside the Beltline Raleigh, The Oaks at Fallon Park is fantastic. The Oaks at Fallon Park was awarded Metro Magazine's "Best New Residential Development" in the Triangle.
Other Inside the Beltline subdivisions include University Park and Hayes Barton down to the Southwest and Georgetown directly South.
