Harrington Grove is a large North Raleigh subdivision that is very popular because of its location and its affordability.
Harrington Grove sits on gently rolling terrain that is lightly wooded. The lot sizes are nice and manageable so you're not overburdened with tons of yard work.
Harrington Grove homes were built starting around 1987 and continued up, in the newer section, through 2001.
A home in Harrington Grove can be just about any size you're looking for. There are homes starting 1300 square feet going up to larger homes that top out around 3400 square feet.
Harrington Grove has a volleyball court, playground, picnic area, and fitness trails. There's also a great Swim & Racquet Club that residents can join. The club has an eight-lane junior Olympic sized pool and there's a professionally lead Swim Team. They also have four lighted tennis courts. This is an active club with planned social events throughout the year so it is easy to get to know your neighbors.
Harrington Grove is known for lovely homes at affordable prices in a central location. Harrington Grove is located right off I-540 and Leesville Road which makes it which makes it an easy commute to Research Triangle Park, RDU Airport, shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
Nearby subdivisions include Harrington Pointe and Dominion Park which are directly South, and Brier Creek is over to the Southwest.
Driving Directions: From I- 540 take Exit 7 for Leesville Road. Go North on Leesville Rd.; Turn left to stay on Leesville Rd. continue on straight onto New Leesville Road into Harrington Grove.
