Kildaire Farms is a Cary subdivision that has a very nice history and an established appeal.
Kildaire Farms was the first PUD (Planned Unit Development) in the area. A PUD has both single family homes and townhomes.
Kildaire Farms was built with this multiple housing type design. There are beautiful single-family homes, townhomes, and condos, each with a variety of prices.
