Park Village is a very comfortable, affordable Cary subdivision. Park Village has a swimming pool, a large playground, walking trails, ponds, and sidewalks.
Park Village homes were built in the 1990's, are transitional in design and mostly range from 1300 to 3000 square feet. There are a few larger homes but most are in that range.
Besides the price, another great thing about a Park Village home, is the location. It is within walking distance of Davis Drive Elementary and Middle School.
