Preston is a distinctive Cary golf subdivision with the prestigious Prestonwood Country Club as its crown jewel.
Located in the heart of the Raleigh Triangle, homes in Preston are in high demand because of the access to all Triangle areas, the beauty and amenities of the subdivision, and it's wide range of prices and styles of available homes.
Preston has single family homes, townhomes and villas. Most of the Preston homes were built in the mid-1990s to early 2000s.
The homes for sale in Preston run anywhere from $200,000 up through $2 million for the Preston Luxury homes. The Preston townhomes and villa are in the $100,000 to $600,000 range.
