There is nothing more enjoyable than splashing around in a swimming pool on a hot summer's day! Raleigh public swimming pools are some of the greatest spots to be at when you have that urge to swim.

Pools in Raleigh are located throughout the city and are easy to get to. There are both covered and open pools, most have kiddie pools and some have diving wells and spray pools.

Raleigh pools are open from around the end of May through late August. They have open swim time when everyone can jump in and also most will have times designated for adult lap swimming. Pullen Aquatic Center does have a teaching pool.

The City of Raleigh runs the public pool system. Raleigh pools are very clean and safe places for families to go and enjoy themselves.

When the days get hot, the kids get antsy, or you just feel like doing some laps - head out to a Raleigh public swimming pool and jump in. SPLASH!
