January is starting our year off strong. With the exception of the constant need of listings, the outlook is very good in the Triangle and around the country. The Chief Economist for the National Association of Realtors, Lawrence Yun, predicts home prices with continue to rise with "no danger of falling due to inventory shortages". He also looks forward to growth in new-construction homes.
The new year sees continued low interest rates and low unemployment. All these factors point to a strong step into 2020 with healthy buyer demand already showing up in the Triangle. Spring looks to be fantastic for both buyer and sellers.
