• Raleigh Closed Sales: April sales are consistent with last year. Home sales showed twenty-one less homes sold this month than last April.
• Average Raleigh Sales Price: The average sale price rose again this month. The average price of homes sold in April was $324,062. That's an increase of 8.5% over last year.
• Days On Market: The average days on market before a sale continues keeps its downward trek. Days on market now stands at 36 days. That's down 14.3% from last April.
• Raleigh Active Listings: Active listings are down again also. Listings are down 3.1% from last year at this time.
Sales Prices are Strong.
