Aladdin's Eatery is one of our most favorite Mediterranean restaurants in Raleigh. Plus it is our go-to Raleigh restaurant when we want to unwind and relax with great food, very reasonable prices, attentive staff and great atmosphere. We go here a lot!
Aladdin's in Raleigh has two locations - one in Brier Creek and the other is in the Fresh Market shopping center on Falls of Neuse. We haven't been to the one in Brier Creek but I'm sure it's good because the one by Fresh Market is super great.
The atmosphere is sleek, clean and somehow cozy even with all the great light from the large windows. As you walk in you are greeted by an incredible dessert case with eye-popping cakes. I usually try to sit with my back to the cakes - why tempt fate.
The menu is extensive with a wide variety of great things to try - but go slow my friend because the portions are huge. We always get the homemade hummus appetizer - super with just the right amount of tang. The Spicy Beef Kafta are fantastic with yummy tahini dressing and the Fattoush salad is my favorite.
We went with some friends (picture above) after our closing on their new home and had the sampler appetizer (and wine) to celebrate. The sampler is huge - easily plenty for the four of us: Hummos, Tabouli, Baba, Falaffel, and Dawali! Yum and Fun!
If you have friends, or are yourself looking for delish vegetarian food in Raleigh - this is the place to go. Both leaf and meat eaters will be happy at the same time. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made from top-quality ingredients.
Aladdin's in Raleigh is the place to go for super great authentic Mediterranean food at an incredible price. The service is always good, the place is impeccably clean, large portions, bright comfortable atmosphere (outdoor seating also), and extensive menu. It's open late - till 11:00 on Saturdays.
If you haven't tried Aladdin - come on over and join the rest of the happy people there. If you go there often - look for us - I'm the one with tahini sauce on my chin and parsley on my shirt.
Other Raleigh Restaurants we like include Herons at the Umstead, The Angus Barn near the airport, and Saint Jacques in North Raleigh.

Driving Directions (Falls of Neuse location): Take Exit 10 off I-440 for Wake Forest Rd; Turn right onto Wake Forest Rd; Continue onto Falls of Neuse Rd; left at Bullard Ct into shopping center. Aladdin's is on the end of shopping center.
