If your home is served by a Septic System a Raleigh home Buyer may choose to have a Raleigh Septic Inspection done on your system.

The North Carolina Offer to Purchase and Contract allows for a home inspection period, which is usually 10 days after the contract is signed by both the buyer and seller. It is during this time that inspections will be done.

We ask that the Raleigh septic inspectors conduct their inspection at the same time that the home inspection - as a convenience to you. You should not be at home during any inspections. This is time that they buyer and the inspectors will need access to your home.

The buyer may choose any Raleigh septic inspection companies they want. The inspection costs are the responsibility of the buyer. A septic inspection report will written by the inspector.

We ask that the report be provided to you to verify if any problems were found. If problems are found, the buyers can accept the home without septic repairs, ask you to repair them, or cancel the contract.

If this occurs we go over the report with you and develop a plan of action on what should be your next steps.
