Raleigh Subdivisions containing homes priced over $2 Million Dollars are generally located in North Raleigh and Inside the Beltline and a few scattered around other areas of Raleigh.
Subdivisions that have some homes priced above $500,000 are generally located in the Midtown Raleigh areas along with northern areas of Raleigh and Inside the Beltline.

These large developments have such a wide range of prices that it would be difficult to put them in a single price range. The are designed to have home prices that are able to attract Raleigh home buyers across the pricing spectrum.
The second unique grouping are homes Inside the Beltline. This group is is unique because of the significance of historic areas and homes inside the beltline. A home in this area might be in a subdivision that has a price average below that home's price but due to the home's age or history, it is priced higher.
