River Run is an upscale North Raleigh neighborhood built by John Wieland Homes. River Run subdivision began in 2005.
Homes in River Run are custom built homes with sizes ranging from 3000 square feet up to around 6,000 square feet. Many of the homes have full basements that have endless possibilities. The homes have beautiful brick or combination of brick and stone exteriors.

Driving Directions: From I- 540 take exit 14 for Falls of Neuse Rd. Go North on Falls of Neuse for about three miles. Turn right on Lowery Farm Lane, into River Run.
