Stone Creek is an established wooded subdivision in North Raleigh. Homes in Stone Creek rest on gently rolling hills and are deep set on large lots.

The interesting thing about Stone Creek is the trees. They are well developed and large so the homes seem to peek out among them. A Stone Creek home seems tucked away and this has fantastic curb appeal! The homes in Stone Creek are generally in the 3000 - 4000 sq. ft. range although some do go into the high 4000s.

Many of the homes have stone and brick exteriors and are mostly traditional in style. Some contemporary and colonial style home are interwoven and look beautiful.

Most of the homes were built in the 1980s however there are some custom homes that have been added since then.

Stone Creek does not have city taxes as it is not within the city limits! A home in Stone Creek has both a community pool and tennis courts.

Stone Creek is a lovely subdivision which seems to be within the forest's arms. This gives it somewhat of a secluded feeling yet it is close to I-540 and Six Forks Rd. which puts it within easy reach of almost anything you would want to do. It's a wonderful location and a delightful neighborhood.

Nearby subdivisions include Heritage Point and Stonebridge to the Northeast and Brier Creek to the West.
