Youngsville is a very lovely rural town located about 20 miles North of Raleigh and just a few miles North of Wake Forest in SW Franklin County.
Interestingly, Youngsville was originally named Pacific but, the name was changed in the later 1800's when John Young donated land for railroad expansion. The town, however, still retains that "Pacific" or peaceful quality.
Youngsville Homes are generally priced in the $200,000 to $400,000 range. Homes in Youngsville offer some splendid amenities which are usually found at higher price ranges closer to Raleigh.
This entire region abounds in lovely forests and Falls Lake is close by. In addition, there is the very popular 55 acre Hill Ridge Farms. This is known in the Raleigh Triangle as an incredible educational, recreational - good old-fashioned family fun experience.
