What Paperwork do I Need For A Loan Pre-approval?

A mortgage lender or loan officer will need several pieces of information for a Raleigh Home Loan Pre-approval. You will need to gather up these things:

• W2s for your two years of income
• 2-3 months of pay stubs
• Two or three months of bank statements
• If you're self-employed, you will need tax returns from the last two years
• If you're divorced bring your Divorce decree
• If you currently own a home bring your current loan documents
• Your social security card
• Your driver's license
